The Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close”
in complex solutions
· Bachelor of: Computer Engineering \ Electronics Engineering \ Communications Engineers, Computer
Science, and Information System (IS)
· +3 Years of work experience
· Proven Experience in the software industry
· Organized
· Presentable
· Excellent command of English (French and Spanish are a plus)
· Attention to details

· Analytical skills
· Interact with customers and potential customers to demonstrate our system and present the company
· Understand the customer challenges and requirements and demonstrate the matching scope in our system or
propagate those requirements to the technical and product teams to be addressed
· Documenting Scope definition\ Customer agreements\ MOM with the customer
· Sharing the customer requirements with the different teams (e.g. Technical, Operations, Product)
· Requests the needed information and clarifications from the customer
· Responsible for creating the project’s initial Design and sizing (e.g., number of meters and
communication units, types of communication to be used)
· Has the ability to analyze customer requirements
· Participate in Sales and product meetings to understand our vision and products
· Meet partners and discuss the target of collaboration and its feasibility
· Willing to travel to developing countries
· Participates in the system inspections to demonstrate the system and pass the inspection
