Associate Products Manage

Associate Products Manager responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with a self-organizing and cross-functional team to manage product releases.

Must Have

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent Experience
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
· English and Arabic proficient (writing and speaking )
· Demonstrating professional behavior and ethical conduct
· Accountability and Taking Ownership

Job Responsibilities

· Contribute to providing innovative and workable solutions to satisfy market needs and customer expectations in close liaison with your Scrum Team and stakeholders.
· Analyze market research for insights to inform and validate proposed solutions.
· Conduct business analysis/requirements gathering to inform business cases for bespoke or 3rd party solutions.
· Contribute towards the analysis of pricing structures and packages.
· Develop and maintain a roadmap for new product developments, communicating internally and externally.
· Gather, analyse & prioritize business requirements and ensure these are translated appropriately into user stories with clear acceptance criteria & contextualized for the scrum team, delivered in a timely fashion.
· Manage the product backlog for the instructional design & the technical development teams using our Product road mapping and product backlog management tools.
· Product backlog refinement, contribute effectively through sprint planning and sprint review ceremonies with the Scrum team.
· Ensure that new increments are properly tested against business requirements through working closely with the scrum team.
· Ensure provision of assets to support the marketing of the product where requested.
